What if I can’t log in to D2L?
- Are you registered for classes in the current semester?
- If you are not registered for classes in the current semester, you may not have access to D2L.
- If you feel you have a need for access, please contact Campus Technology Support at 217-581-4357.
- Are you using all lowercase letters when entering your EIU NetID?
- Have you tried logging in to D2L using a different browser?
- Is it time for you to change your EIU Password?
- If, after testing the above, you are still not able to log in to D2L, please take note of the error you are receiving and call Campus Technology Support at 217-581-4357.
