2024 Graduate Student Exposition

Hosted by the Graduate Student Advisory Council, the Council on Graduate Studies, and the EIU Graduate School, the 2024 Graduate Student Exposition will be held on Thursday, April 11 within the Doudna Fine Arts Center.
The Distinguished Graduate Student Awards Ceremony

The prestigious Distinguished Graduate Student Awards Ceremony aims to acknowledge students who have demonstrated exceptional achievement in graduate scholarship for the academic year 2023-2024. This includes recognizing the recipient of the Robert and Kathryn Augustine Distinguished Master's Thesis Award, as well as winners of the Graduate Thesis Awards of Excellence, King-Mertz Research/Creative Activity Awards, Distinguished Graduate Student Awards, and the prestigious Hamand Scholars from The Graduate School.

Poster presenters may setup beginning at 1:00 p.m. (Easels provided). For those students with digital presentations tables will be available. (Please note that students are responsible for the security of their equipment and should refrain from setting up digital presentations prior to 3:30 p.m.) Students are encouraged to be present with their exhibits from 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. to share them with the campus community. (The Distinguished Graduate Student Awards Ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m.)
We are looking forward to celebrating the outstanding achievements of our graduate students and the impactful research and creative endeavors they've pursued during the 2023-2024 academic year.
