As a GI Bill Recipient, you are responsible for submitting enrolled hours to Veteran Benefits in order to be certified for the upcoming semester. Please complete this form if you are using GIBILL benefits. Without a completed form, an enrollment certification cannot be transmitted to the Regional Processing Office. Upon completion, please click the SUBMIT button to send your information directly to EIU Veteran Benefits Office, School Certifying Official for processing. School Certifying Officials (SCOs) do not determine eligibility for benefits; School Certifying Officials only report certifiable enrollment information to the VA.
